We know the Coronavirus is drastically effecting people's lives and we are all concerned about the people who have lost their income from the various business shutdowns.  If you wish to financially support the most economically fragile among us, we encourage you to go to the websites below to make a donation.

In southern Chester County, we have two agencies that will be on the frontlines during this crisis.  These agencies provide food as well as emergency support for rent, utilities, heat, etc.  United Way donations have and will continue to support emergency support needs among our most vulnerable. Please consider making a gift directly to these agencies on the front lines to help them fulfill this vital work in our community during the Coronavirus outbreak.

Kennett Area Community Service serves people in need from Jennersville north.

Oxford Neighborhood Services Center serves people in need from Jennersvillle south.

The United Ways in both northern and southern Chester County are committed to ensuring that Chester County's most vulnerable families and individuals have the support they need to weather this crisis.  There is a Chester County COVID-19 Response Fund.  The funds raised will handed out in mini-grants to county non-profits serving on the frontlines and who have applied for these funds.  Should you wish to donate to that fund to help non-profit agencies county-wide, go to

If you feel more comfortable donating to United Way of Southern Chester County, you can make a gift with any special instructions here on our website by clicking the DONATE button on the right side of any page.
